🚀 What You’ll Do
- Develop & optimize Urbalytics core features
- Build white-label SaaS products in real estate finance
- Enhance data extraction, visualization & analytics functions
- Design/manage cloud infrastructure & performance
- Ensure security & data privacy
- Collaborate closely with product & business teams, from idea to launch

- 💰 Salary: JPY 300,000–500,000/month (based on experience)

🔧 What We’re Looking For
- Strong in Next.js / React / TypeScript / Tailwind
- Backend skills (API design, DB modeling, Prisma, Node.js, etc.)
- Hands-on with AI IDEs (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel, Supabase, Railway)
- Experience in agile teamwork & component-based design
- Data-driven, proactive, and thrives in a startup environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with Recharts / Leaflet / Mapbox
- Knowledge of SEO / SSR / SSG, structured data, and performance optimization
