Full Stack Engineer

We are Urbalytics, an AI-driven real estate data platform born in Tokyo.

Since launching Urbalytics in 2022, we’ve been transforming how real estate data is extracted, visualized, and analyzed, becoming a trusted partner for investors and real estate companies. Now, we are scaling into SaaS — and we’re looking for engineers to shape the future of proptech with us.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Develop & optimize Urbalytics core features
• Build white-label SaaS products in real estate finance
• Enhance data extraction, visualization & analytics functions
• Design/manage cloud infrastructure & performance
• Ensure security & data privacy
• Collaborate closely with product & business teams, from idea to launch

• 💰 Salary: JPY 300,000–500,000/month (based on experience)

🔧 What We’re Looking For

• Strong in Next.js / React / TypeScript / Tailwind
• Backend skills (API design, DB modeling, Prisma, Node.js, etc.)
• Hands-on with AI IDEs (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel, Supabase, Railway)
• Experience in agile teamwork & component-based design
• Data-driven, proactive, and thrives in a startup environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Recharts / Leaflet / Mapbox
• Knowledge of SEO / SSR / SSG, structured data, and performance optimization
