Your role at Exness:
We're looking for an experienced
Atlassian Engineer with background in software development and technical support to help capture and automate business processes from different departments, as well as integrate them with different data sources and reporting tools.
You will:
- Manage and deploy Jira projects, workflows, automations, permissions, notifications, dashboards, filters, reports, etc. as well as improve Jira security
- Jira and Confluence application and system administration tasks, testing new software releases to assure application/plugin compatibility after upgrade, user management, etc.
- Work with key users from different departments in order to understand their internal processes and convert them to Jira projects
- Manage Confluence to ensure it meets business requirements, suggest improvements and automations
- Work with cross-functional IT professionals to integrate Jira projects with different data sources and reporting tools/mechanisms
- Work closely with Business Process management team in terms of business processes automation
- Training and knowledge transfer to different business and technical stakeholders on different aspects of Jira projects and integrations
What makes you a great fit:
- Minimum 3-year hands-on experience with creating and managing Jira projects
- Linux System Administration or experience managing Atlassian tools on Linux OS
- Minimum 1-year experience working as a Software Developer
- Practical experience with Agile development practices
- Experience with ScriptRunner, Groovy is a plus
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Upper-intermediate English is a must
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
