Job Description
Every operator we sign has to be integrated, certified, launched and kept live. This role owns that journey โ and the technical credibility of Torpedo in front of the partner's engineers.
THE COMPANY
Torpedo Entertainment is a B2B iGaming technology group. We supply online casino and sportsbook operators with a player account management platform, a games aggregation layer carrying more than 7,500 titles from over 100 studios through a single API integration, sportsbook, turnkey casino and managed services - alongside content from our own game studio.
Our model is aggregation-first and studio-neutral: operators connect once and reach the whole catalogue. We hold several gaming licences and supply operators across regulated and emerging markets worldwide. We are a little over one hundred people across five offices, privately held, and small enough that individual hires visibly change the trajectory of the business.
THE ROLE
The Technical Account Manager is the bridge between our platform and our partners' technical teams. You will take an operator from a signed contract through integration, certification and go-live, then own their technical stabilityย for as long as they are with us. You will do the same on the supply side when we onboard a new studio into the aggregation layer.
It is a hybrid role by design: technical enough to hold an integration call with a partner's lead engineer without needing to bring one of ours, and commercial enough to know when a technical issue is really a revenue issue and to escalate it as one. You will work alongside the Account Manager who owns the same partners commercially, and with our platform engineering and QA teams.
Time from signed contract to first live bet is one of the numbers this business is judged on. It is largely in your hands.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Integration and launch
- The end-to-end integration lifecycle: kick-off, technical scoping, documentation, sandbox access, credential provisioning, testing, certification and go-live.
- Guiding partners through our single-API aggregation integration game launch, session handling, seamless and transfer wallet models, currency and language configuration, free rounds, tournaments and jackpot participation.
- Coordinating across Product, Platform Engineering, QA and Operations to keep integration projects moving, and holding the timeline when they do not.
- Running several integration projects in parallel without losing the thread on any of them.
- Studio onboarding on the supply side: bringing a new content provider into the aggregator, validating their integration and certifying their titles for distribution.
Ongoing technical ownership
- Being the named technical contact for a portfolio of partners.
- Incident management from the partner's side: triage, clear communication while it is live, and a written root-cause analysis afterwards that a partner would actually accept.
- Monitoring platform health for your accounts - latency, error rates, game launch failure, wallet timeouts and settlement discrepancies - and raising problems before the partner does.
- Configuration management: game availability by jurisdiction, RTP and feature-buy settings where markets require it, bonus and free-round configuration, and reporting access.
- Third-party components: payment service providers, KYC and fraud tooling, and the integrations that sit around the core platform.

Commercial and product contribution
- Working with the Account Manager to spot technical upsell - additional modules, additional studios, sportsbook, managed services - and supporting those conversations.
- Acting as the voice of the customer internally. Recurring integration friction is a product defect, and you are the person best placed to prove it.
- Improving our integration materials: documentation, sandbox tooling, onboarding checklists and the certification pack. Every hour saved here is repeated across every future partner.
- Supporting the sales team on technical calls, demos and requests for proposal.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Essential
- Two to five years in a technical account management, integration management, technical support or solutions engineering role within iGaming.
- Experience inside a game studio or a game aggregator is a very significant advantage and is what we will look for first. Knowing how content actually reaches a lobby is the core of this role.
- Working competence with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and authentication patterns. You should be comfortable reading an API specification, reproducing a call, and reading a log to work out what went wrong.
- Understanding of online casino architecture: PAM, RGS, aggregation, wallet models, session flow, bonus engines and settlement.
- Structured troubleshooting and the discipline to write it up properly.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences - you will explain the same incident to an engineer and to a commercial director on the same day.
- Project coordination across several concurrent workstreams and time zones.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Malta or Cyprus, with the right to work there or eligibility to obtain it.
- Fluent English.
Advantageous
- Hands-on aggregator integration experience, from either side of the API.
- SQL, and comfort querying a database or a BI tool to answer a question yourself.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Postman, Grafana or Kibana and a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exposure to test-house certification and jurisdictional technical standards.
- Basic scripting for diagnostics and small automations.
- Additional languages, particularly Russian, Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin.

HOW WE WILL MEASURE YOU
- Time from signed contract to first live bet, and the proportion of integrations delivered on the committed date.
- Time to certified distribution for newly onboarded studio content.
- Incident response and resolution time across your portfolio, and the quality of root-cause analysis delivered.
- Reduction in recurring support volume - the same problem arriving twice is a failure of the fix.
- Partner technical satisfaction.
- Contribution to documentation and tooling that measurably shortens the next integration.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A competitive base with a performance bonus.
- Hybrid working from Malta or Cyprus, with relocation support where relevant.
- Direct working relationships with the CTO and the platform engineering team, and real influence over the product.
- A route forward in either direction - deeper into engineering and solutions architecture, or across into commercial leadership. Both paths exist here and both have been taken.
- Private health cover, learning budget and support for relevant technical certification.
- Travel to partner sites and industry events.
