The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can create content that doesn’t just look good - it converts. You’ll own end-to-end production across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, using AI tools and editing platforms to craft content that drives growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Produce high-performing short-form video and static content using AI + editing tools.
- Own the full cycle: ideation → scripting → editing → publishing → performance tracking.
- Scale B2B-focused social media channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Stay ahead of trends to keep content competitive and engaging.
- Collaborate with growth + marketing teams to align content with demand goals.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For:
- 3+ years creating social media content, ideally in a growth-focused or performance-marketing setting.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with AI video tools (e.g. Creatify, Arcads, Synthesia, CapCut with AI plugins, etc.).
- Strong copywriting, especially for hooks, captions, and CTA-driven content.
- An eye for design and pacing - especially for short-form video.
- Proven experience growing social media pages from strategy through to execution. You know what to post, when to post, and why it works.
- Portfolio of high-converting content (show results, not just what looked good).
- Self-starter energy - you take initiative, test fast, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
