We’re looking for a passionate, motivated Senior Frontend Engineer with 6 years of frontend experience, including 4 years specializing in React, and at least the last 2 years of hands-on development. Your Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Speakap, you’ll be at the heart of creating exceptional user experiences for our platform, serving both desktop and mobile users. You’ll work on everything from building new features to enhancing existing ones, tackling customer integrations, internal tools, and microservices.

What You’ll Do

• Develop innovative and reliable frontend features for the Speakap platform.
• Collaborate with a talented team to solve complex problems and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Enhance and optimize features to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Work on specialized projects, from customer integrations to internal tools.
• Champion best practices in testing, performance, and maintainability.

About You

You’re someone who loves diving into frontend development and building beautiful, functional products. You thrive in fast-paced environments, find solutions to complex problems, and are always looking for ways to improve.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 years of frontend experience, with 4 years specializing in React, and at least the last 2 years of hands-on development.
• Proven experience with:
• JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React 16 and above.
• State management tools such as Redux (legacy) or Jotai (new projects).
• TailwindCSS, Git, and testing frameworks like Jest.
• Networking concepts such as REST APIs, HTTPS, and WebSockets.
• Package managers like npm, yarn, or pnpm.
• Bonus points for familiarity with Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, or backend basics like databases and security best practices.
• Strong UI/UX mindset and a passion for clean, efficient code.
• A team player with excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and ready to make a difference.
