Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to shape technical solutions and priorities
Take ownership of end-to-end stakeholder and customer needs from requirements and solution design to delivery and user acceptance testing
Build, operate, and continuously improve applications running on Kubernetes
Drive Agile engineering practices through collaboration, code reviews, pair programming, demos, and shared learning
Influence architecture and technology decisions to ensure scalable and reliable solutions
Accelerate engineering outcomes through AI-powered tools and automation
Coach and mentor engineers by fostering a culture of learning and innovation with best practices and engineering excellence
