This is a
full-time, direct-hire hybrid opportunity based in
San Sebastin, Spain.

Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of critical customer projects in collaboration with the CTO
- Translate client needs into new IP to enhance company offerings
- Manage and mentor high-performing technical teams across multiple projects
- Allocate talent effectively across technical initiatives
- Collaborate with other company directors to identify synergies between projects
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in support of innovation and growth
What You Will Need:
- Masters degree in Machine Learning, Physics, Computer Science, or related STEM field
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in NLP, Large Language Models, or Deep Learning
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- 2+ years of experience working with Python
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both in-person and virtually
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing managers or multiple project leads
- 5+ years of experience developing custom software solutions in an enterprise setting
- Proven success as a client-facing technical lead
- Ability to independently plan and manage technical projects
- Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills
