I'm the founder of Bytes Maestros, a software consultancy based in Sweden. We’re kicking off some exciting greenfield projects, including our first in-house product and a fresh build for a new client. That’s where you come in.

💻 The Role

We're looking for a Junior Full-Stack Engineer (based in Egypt) to join us as the very first engineering hire. You’ll work closely with me and be involved in everything from brainstorming and prototyping to development and delivery.

This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to be part of a company’s story from the beginning. You’ll get mentorship, autonomy, and the space to grow into the kind of engineer you want to be.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• A solid foundation in software engineering
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
• 👉 TypeScript, C#, or F#
• Genuine curiosity about functional programming (you don’t need to be an expert — just interested and eager to explore it)
• Comfortable communicating in English — written and spoken
• A curious mind and collaborative attitude
• Some hands-on experience (personal projects, internships, bootcamps — all welcome)
• Comfort with ambiguity and the excitement of building from scratch
• A strong desire to learn and grow with a supportive team
