Are you a tech leader who thrives on building efficient systems and guiding teams through digital transformation? We’re looking for a results-driven IT Manager to lead and scale our technology infrastructure — remotely from anywhere in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the IT strategy, planning, and implementation of tech initiatives
• Oversee systems, networks, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity standards
• Manage IT support teams and ensure timely issue resolution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on tech integration and tools adoption
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and security regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or systems administration
• Strong technical background in networks, cloud platforms, and security (e.g. AWS, Azure, Cisco, M365)
• Proven leadership and remote team management experience
• Excellent project management and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
• Based in Switzerland and authorized to work remotely
