At SOTA, we make AI-driven analytics, scouting, marketing, and sponsorship tools accessible for youth, women’s, and developing sports teams.
We’re looking for a Flutter Developer to help us build and refine our mobile app for clubs, players, and coaches around the world.
🛠Stack You’ll Work With:
Frontend: Flutter.
Backend: Python, Django (provided by the platform team).
Infrastructure: REST APIs, Postgres, Redis, Docker.
🎯 What You’ll Work On:
New features for our cross-platform mobile app.
UI/UX improvements to ensure smooth experience for club staff and players.
Integration with our REST APIs and data services.
Working closely with design, product, and AI teams.
Debugging, performance tuning, and release automation.
✅ Requirements:
Strong experience with Flutter.
Experience building and publishing cross-platform apps.
Comfortable working with RESTful APIs.
Good sense of mobile UI/UX best practices.
Independent, fast-learner, and startup-ready.
Interest in sports or AI is a plus.
📌 What to Expect:
Compensation: Competitive, based on interview results and seniority level.
Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible) during a probation period (1–3 months), with potential to expand to full-time.
Work Environment: Fully remote.
Reporting: Directly to the CTO.
