Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time Flutter Developer to join our fully remote team. You’ll be working on cross-platform mobile apps (iOS/Android), from building core features and implementing pixel-perfect UI to integrating APIs and optimizing performance. Most of our projects start from scratch or early MVP stages, so this role requires autonomy, good product sense, and clear communication.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Flutter apps from MVP to production
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver smooth UX
• Integrate REST APIs, handle state management, and write modular code
• Participate in code reviews, estimate tasks, and improve app architecture
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Understanding of app architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Experience with state management tools (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc, Provider)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or backend integration

Nice to Have

• Past work in startup environments or early-stage product teams
• Good spoken and written English (we work with international clients)
