Job Description
We are looking for a Rust Developer with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in the Solana blockchain ecosystem to join our remote team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts (on-chain programs) using Rust and Anchor framework, and integrating them into our dApps.
This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about blockchain technology.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Solana smart contracts using Rust and Anchor.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate blockchain features using Web3 libraries.
• Write secure, optimized, and gas-efficient on-chain logic.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and audits to ensure code quality and security.
• Stay up to date with Solana ecosystem tools, updates, and best practices.
Requirements
• 1.5 – 2 years of professional experience with Rust programming.
• Hands-on experience developing on Solana blockchain.
• Experience with Anchor Framework, Solana CLI, and deploying programs.
• Knowledge of SPL tokens, Metaplex, and NFT standards.
• Familiarity with frontend integration using JavaScript/TypeScript and Web3.js.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contract security, and decentralized systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working remotely in an agile team.
• Contribution to open-source blockchain projects.
• Familiarity with wallet integrations (e.g., Phantom, Sollet).
• Basic knowledge of other chains (Ethereum, EVM) is a plus but not required.
