- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build healthy relationships, collaborate and actively contribute
- Excellent communication skills to communicate complex ideas and recommendations simply
- Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Understand E-Commerce business requirements and objectives
- Eager to learn new skills, come up with ideas and experiment
- Ready to make mistakes, and take responsibility for them
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Positive mindset, yet being a realist :)
- B2+ in English!! [Written 90%/Spoken 10%]
What hard skills/experience do I expect you to have?
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web (preferably in a CRO or eCommerce environment).
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design and conversion optimisation principles.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience designing for landing pages, checkout flows, and high-converting funnels.
- [Nice to have] Motion or micro-interactions design experience.
What would be your main tasks?
- Design intuitive, conversion-optimised website interfaces based on research and CRO insights.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
- Work closely with CRO analysts to iterate on A/B tests and refine design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Communicate with clients, answering their questions
