This position is responsible for shaping and producing RubyPlay’s marketing creative across digital channels.
It is dedicated to corporate, brand and marketing content, and requires a Creative Designer who can combine strong visual thinking, motion design, video editing and AI-enabled production to develop high-quality content that strengthens the brand and supports the company’s communication goals.

- Proven experience in digital design, motion design and video editing within a marketing, brand or creative environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking, visual storytelling and high-quality execution across static and motion content
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, or equivalent professional tools
- Strong experience using AI-powered tools for design, image generation, video production, editing and creative development
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, branding and digital design principles
- Ability to develop creative concepts rather than only execute predefined briefs
- Strong understanding of social media content, short-form storytelling and audience behavior
