- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong background in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or Go (depending on the project)
- Experience with frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django, Spring) and modern development tools (e.g., Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles
- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and API development
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding efficient, scalable solutions
- Fluent in English (additional languages like German or French are a plus)
