We’re looking for a detail-driven, analytical Business Analyst to support cross-functional projects and help teams make informed, data-backed decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze performance, and improve internal processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys asking “why?”, spotting patterns, and translating information into clear recommendations.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze data to understand trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Prepare reports and dashboards that support decision-making
• Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams
• Help design and improve workflows, tools, and processes
• Support project planning and monitor KPIs
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

What You Bring

• Based in Switzerland 🇨🇭
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; other languages (German/French) are a plus
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Organized, independent, and good at managing multiple tasks
• Bonus: experience working with CRM, ERP, or workflow automation tools
