The ERP Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining ERP applications to meet business requirements. They work closely with functional analysts, business users, and IT teams to ensure ERP systems function effectively and integrate seamlessly with other enterprise applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing, customizing, and enhancing ERP applications and modules.
Writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
Implementing system integrations between ERP and other enterprise applications.
Developing reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions.
Troubleshooting and debugging ERP system issues.
Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.
Collaborating with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Documenting development work, including system specifications and technical guides.
Supporting testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in ERP development (e.g., SAP ABAP Certification, Oracle Developer Certification, Workday Extend) are a plus.
