Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits) in HONG KONG SAR

A new headcount for a rapid growing company with global presence.


Responsibilities:

  • Structure relocation packages, split contracts, and benefits for international assignees
  • Global mobility tasks including managing work permits, tax-equalized packages, and compliance for overseas rotations
  • Coordinate with legal teams on visa/logistics for expatriates
  • Design and review health insurance, retirement, and leave policies
  • Ensure alignment with local labor laws (China/HK)
  • Advise HRBPs and business leaders on C&B best practices


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in C&B, with exposure to China payroll/tax and global mobility is a must
  • Experience in relocating Chinese talent to emerging markets (Africa/SEA)
  • Knowledge of split contracts, expatriate compensation, and able to navigate complex labor regulations
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
