Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support a fast-paced recruiting team. You enjoy keeping things on track, communicating clearly with others, and playing a vital role in helping candidates and teams stay aligned throughout the hiring process.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR platforms.
• Assist in prescreening candidates based on job qualifications.
• Support recruiters and HR staff with administrative tasks and projects as needed.

What you'll need:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with efficiency.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience in recruiting or HR support is preferred, but we’re happy to provide training.
• Experience working with tools like ATS and HRIS systems is highly valued.
