Role:
We are looking for a people ops to support the business at Windsor.ai. This is a hands-on, standalone role where you will work closely with founders and managers and support hiring needs, and ensure smooth day-to-day people operations across a growing organization.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to day-to-day people-ops operations—ensuring efficient, compliant, and people-focused processes across the organization.
You will also support with some finance requests and support.
Your responsibilities:

People ops & Administration
- Own day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across the employee lifecycle
- Manage contracts, documentation, HR systems, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and internal documentation
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws across different regions
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR-related topics
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Support managers with day-to-day HR topics and operational people matters
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HR or People roles, in a SaaS and startup environment

Experience as a standalone HR Manager or in a small People team
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Has basic accounting skills
Experience working in international, multi‑country environments, with the ability to navigate different employment laws and HR practices across jurisdictions
Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) setups and managing HR processes for distributed teams across multiple countries
Hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
