The Role
We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to work across web3 dApps, backend services, and blockchain integrations. This role requires someone who’s comfortable working autonomously, contributing to architectural decisions, and shipping clean, production-ready code that interacts directly with Ethereum smart contracts.

Tech Stack
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, Ethers.js
- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Express, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Blockchain: Solidity (read & write), Hardhat / Foundry, JSON-RPC
- Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, monitoring/logging tools
- Ecosystem: Ethereum, Lido, EigenLayer, Gnosis Safe, Chainlink (familiarity a bonus)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dApps that interface with on-chain staking systems
- Develop backend APIs and services for validator coordination and user interaction
- Work closely with smart contract engineers to ensure seamless front-to-back integration
- Contribute to internal dashboards, metrics pipelines, and dev tooling
- Participate in peer reviews, testing, and iterative design
Requirements
- 3+ years in full stack or backend/frontend roles, ideally in web3 or DeFi
- Deep experience with React and Node.js in production
- Strong understanding of Ethereum and how to interact with smart contracts
- Ability to write clean, testable code in TypeScript
- Experience deploying and scaling services in a cloud or containerised environment
Nice to Have
- Experience working on staking protocols, validator infrastructure, or decentralised networks
- Familiarity with zk-rollups, slashing mechanisms, or economic incentive design
- Contributions to open-source Web3 tools or protocols
