Responsibilities:

• Implement new features based on business requirements
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Enhance low-latency system components like the trading engine and price feed
• Maintain high code quality with comprehensive unit tests
• Identify and solve bottlenecks and bugs
• Uphold code quality, organisation, and automation

Requirements:

• Proficient in C# with a strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem
• Experience writing reusable C# libraries
• Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications
• Ability to create database schemas that support business processes
• Basic knowledge of Common Language Runtime (CLR) limitations and workarounds
• Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests (NUnit/xUnit)
• Ability to work in a team: responsible handling of branches, commits, pull requests, and code reviews
• Planning skills: two-week sprint cycle, daily scrum stand-ups, tasks estimation
• Keen interest in the intersection of trading and crypto
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Rust, Dapper, and EF Core
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of Blazor, Grafana/Prometheus/Seq, Linux, RabbitMQ, GitActions, Jenkins, Azure, or AWS
