Cognizant SNBG is looking for a highly skilled Senior Engagement Manager to join our EMEA team!
Your mission as a Senior Engagement Manager is to act as ServiceNow leader and consultant to communicate Cognizant´s unique approach to fulfilling requirements. You will provide a single point con contact for customer projects, demonstrating exceptional communication and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You will coordinate, manage and ensure the completion of all project tasks. You will lead status calls, project meetings and other meetings with the client and stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are successfully delivered. You will establish client requirements, prepare deliverables and lead teams to successful delivery in terms of scope, budget, client satisfaction and achievements. You will provide day-to-day support in a highly cross-functional organisation, being a "go-to" authority for the functional team on deployments and projects.

Your Role And Responsibilities
- +10 years of previous experience in an Engagement Manager / Project Manager role
- + 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Project estimation experience
- Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven project history maintaining high customer satisfaction in complex environments
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL
- Proficient with MS Office and other productivity and project management solutions
- Strong history of problem-solving
