The Role

We're The Pelvic People, and we're looking for our third full-time team member - an Email Strategist who can do ads and help with social media community management.

As our Strategist, you'll:

• Develop and optimize email strategies
• Help maintain clear documentation for marketing processes
• Manage our social presence and build a genuine community
• Format and optimize blog content
• Nurture brand partnerships and manage our affiliate program
• Track and analyze what resonates with our audience
• Develop ad creative (bonus if you're comfortable on camera!)

Must-Haves

• Exceptional copywriting skills with an empathetic voice
• Experience creating email marketing campaigns
• Experience optimizing and managing email marketing funnels, A/B testing, and designing the customer journey
• Paid media and editing experience (static and video ads)

Nice-to-Haves

• Comfort with marketing analytics and user behavior tracking
• Social media community management experience
• Agency background
• Experience in healthcare or wellness marketing
• Graphic design skills for static ads
• Previous affiliate program management
• Basic aesthetic sensibility and understanding of customer psychology

What We Offer

• Salary: $2,200-$2,800 / month (based on experience)
• Fully remote position
• Frequent team check-ins with a small, close-knit team
