Junior Manual QA Specialist (Part-time/Full-time)

Experience: 6–12 months

Location: Fully remote (Europe/Vienna time zone)

Working Language: Ukrainian

YAAP.CRM is a modern, lightweight customer-relationship management platform designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. At the pre-MVP stage, our fully remote team collaborates in ClickUp, Notion, and GitHub to iterate quickly and deliver real value for our early adopters.

As our Junior Manual QA Specialist, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our product and development teams to ensure each release meets our quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Execute Manual Test Plans
• – Design and run test sessions for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
• – Verify functionality across supported browsers and common user workflows
• Bug Verification & Regression Testing
• – Reproduce, document, and track defects in GitHub or ClickUp
• – Perform regression checks on existing functionality before each release
• QA Documentation & Test Artifacts
• – Write and maintain clear, concise test cases, checklists, and step-by-step guides
• – Update test artifacts as features evolve and requirements change
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• – Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• – Provide timely feedback to developers, designers, and product managers

• Hands-On Experience: 6–12 months of manual testing in web applications, with a solid grasp of SDLC and STLC fundamentals
• Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports in Ukrainian (English proficiency is a plus)
• Technical Curiosity: Basic understanding of client-server architecture, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript behaviors
• Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong attention to edge cases, UI consistency, and specification adherence
• Growth Attitude: Eagerness to learn new QA methodologies, tools, and automation practices

• Prior exposure to CRM or ERP systems
• Familiarity with Postman for API exploration
• Experience using browser DevTools for network, console, and performance debugging
• Basic knowledge of REST API testing and JSON payload validation
• Any hands-on practice with test automation frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Cypress)
