Dynamics 365 F&O Performance Tester
Remote | Full-Time | UK Working Hours | International Candidates Welcome
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Performance Tester to support a large-scale D365 F&O implementation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance Testing and Scalability Testing for D365 F&O.
- Develop Performance Test Strategies, Test Plans and Workload Models.
- Perform testing across D365 F&O Business Processes, Batch Processing and High-Volume Transactions.
- Test Integrations, APIs and Connected Systems under load.
- Monitor Response Times, Throughput and System Performance Metrics.
- Identify Performance Bottlenecks and support Root-Cause Analysis.
- Prepare Performance Test Reports and Readiness Assessments.

Requirements:
- Experience performing performance testing on D365 F&O implementation or transformation projects is required.
- 3+ years of hands-on Performance Testing experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is required.
- Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, BlazeMeter or equivalent tools
- Experience with API / REST performance testing
- Good knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure
- Experience with workload modelling and concurrent-user testing
