💼 Job Title: Director of Engineering (Hands On 🤗)

📍 Location: Denmark (Copenhagen area preferred) – Fully Remote
⏳ Job Type: Full-time
💰 Compensation: 70-90.000 DKK / month

💙You are a seasoned engineer who still loves to dive into code, design scalable architecture, and solve tough technical challenges

🔍 You take a hands-on approach to leadership, removing blockers and optimizing workflows to keep teams shipping efficiently.
💻 You enjoy working across the tech stack and bring a deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable cloud applications

✅ Lead and grow the engineering team (currently 10+ team members), with a strong focus on both technical and human development
✅ Oversee the architecture of our platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security as we grow.
✅ Write and review production-ready code across our stack (Node.js, Vue 3, Quasar, GCP/Firebase)
✅ Implement engineering best practices, balancing delivery speed and quality in a fast-moving environment.
✅ Work closely with leadership in Product, Design, and Business teams to align technical efforts with company strategy.
✅ Foster a culture of high-quality engineering, maintaining a scalable, reliable, and maintainable system
🌟 Proven software engineering experience with deep architectural knowledge and hands-on coaching skills
🌟 A track record of designing, building, and scaling cloud-native systems
🌟Strong coding ability in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with tools like Node.js, Vue and CI/CD pipelines
