About the role:

We are looking for a goal-oriented Software Development Project Manager. They will lead and organize software development initiatives across technical and design teams, making sure the teams are aligned with and in pace to meet company-wide goals.

Who you are / What you bring:

You are an organized and determined people manager with a passion for technology. You bring clarity and guidance to the team, clearly communicating the company’s needs and requests through cross-functional teams as well as external consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional software development teams (including technical and design members). Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including company leadership. Ensure alignment between project goals and company-wide objectives.
• Track project progress against established plans. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify and address deviations from the plan.
• Ensure that all project activities and deliverables are aligned with the overall strategic goals and objectives of the company.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Maintain clear and organized project documentation.
• Work with the team to ensure the quality of deliverables meets the required standards. Facilitate testing and quality control processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) managing software development projects, preferably in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams effectively. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong focus on achieving project goals and delivering results. Driven and determined to see projects through to successful completion.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello).
