What Youโll Be DoingAs our IT Specialist, youโll be the go-to expert for all things infrastructure, systems, and support. Whether onboarding a new teammate, hardening security, or troubleshooting a network issue, youโll help keep our tech stack clean, compliant, and stress-free.
Responsibilities include:
- ๐งฉ Manage user accounts, devices, and access across platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- ๐ฅ๏ธ Provide remote IT support for hardware, software, VPN, and connectivity issues
- ๐ Monitor and maintain security best practices, backups, and compliance standards
- ๐งฐ Configure and maintain tools, licenses, and collaboration platforms
- ๐ก๏ธ Support audits, data protection efforts, and documentation
- ๐ Lead the IT support queue โ triage, troubleshoot, resolve

What You Bring- 2โ4 years of experience in an IT support or systems admin role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (macOS, Windows), cloud platforms, and SaaS tools
- Familiarity with device management, network troubleshooting, and basic cybersecurity
- Great communication skills and the ability to explain technical stuff simply
- A โget-it-doneโ mindset โ you solve problems before they escalate
- Swiss residency or work permit (required)
- Bonus: Experience supporting remote-first or hybrid teams
