Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for complex software systems.
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and quality issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality releases.
• Use test automation tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Mentor junior testers and support the continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Prepare detailed test reports and provide insights to project teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
