In the development of eVTOL, you will be responsible for planning and building component testing systems for electrical systems, propulsion equipment, and motors. This includes planning, executing, overseeing tests, and preparing detailed reports. This role plays a crucial part in establishing a reliable testing environment that enhances both the quality and efficiency of our eVTOL technology foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and design test systems and equipment for electrical systems, propulsion equipment, and motor components.
Design, construct, and prepare necessary test rigs and equipment, including regular maintenance support.
Create comprehensive test plans based on specific objectives and requirements.
Develop detailed test scenarios and specifications.
Conduct and oversee component testing for electrical, propulsion, and motor systems.
Monitor tests in real-time and make adjustments as needed to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
Document test results accurately and ensure proper data management.
Analyze test results and prepare clear, concise reports.
Identify improvement points and technical issues based on test findings and communicate them to the team.
Propose improvements and optimizations for future testing plans.
