We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner who will help us take our Performance Marketing Platform to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to work with a live product, shape its strategic direction, and lead it to the top of the market through innovation, user focus, and strong execution.
Your Responsibilities:
🔹Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends
🔹Collaborate closely with Development teams to translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
🔹Work in close partnership with the founder to align on product vision, strategy, and priorities
🔹Drive feature development from concept to release, working cross-functionally with marketing, design, data, and BDM teams
🔹Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for growth and product optimization
Your Experience:
✔️Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager role in MarTech industry (preferable with performance marketing products)
✔️Experience in building product solutions for the end customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
✔️Technical background or deep understanding of software development
✔️Experience managing an IT team
✔️Experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
✔️Russian fluent
✔️English Intermediate
