Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies and test cases
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the test lifecycle
• Contribute to automation frameworks and continuous testing pipelines
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to QA best practices

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Proven experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum)
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ISTQB certification is a plus
