Now, we’re looking for a Data Scientist to join us remotely on a contract on Project basis and help drive real impact through data.

What You'll Work OnAs part of our lean, fast-moving team, you’ll:
- Analyze user behavior to uncover churn triggers and retention levers
- Build predictive models for LTV, churn risk, and segmentation
- Create actionable insights and retention strategies from messy, real-world data
- Integrate models with client CRMs and MarTech stacks (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Help develop churn audits, playbooks, and experiment frameworks for clients

Our StackWe work with tools like:
- Python, dbt, SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake
- Airbyte/Fivetran for data ingestion
- ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch optional)
- Tableau/Looker for reporting (bonus if you’re good at storytelling with data)

What We’re Looking For- 3+ years of experience in applied data science or analytics
- Strong modeling chops — predictive analytics, segmentation, clustering
- Experience with customer data in subscription or consumer-facing businesses
- Great communicator who can explain insights to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable with fast-paced, async work environments
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
- Churn prediction or retention analytics
- Customer journey analysis, growth loops, or experimentation
- CRM data, event tracking, or MarTech integrations
