QA Trainee / Junior (Manual Testing) in UKRAINE

We are looking for a Junior Manual QA specialist to help us improve the quality of our CRM platform at the pre-MVP stage. If you're interested in working closely with a small, early-stage product team and want to make an impact from the ground up — this role is for you.

About the product:

We are building a modern CRM platform tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.

• Back-end: Laravel
• Front-end: Vue.js
• Stage: Pre-MVP
• Fully remote team working with СlickUp, Notion, GitHub.

Responsibilities:

• Manually test new and existing features of the CRM system
• Perform bug verification and regression testing
• Write and maintain test cases, checklists, and other QA documentation
• Collaborate closely with developers and the project team

Requirements:

• 6–12 months of experience in manual testing of web applications
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC basics
• Ability to write clear bug reports (preferably using GitHub or СlickUp)
• Basic knowledge of how client-server systems work
• Attention to detail and eagerness to grow as a QA professional

Nice to have:

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
• Familiarity with Postman, browser DevTools
• Basic understanding of REST API testing

Working language: Ukrainian
