Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior UX|UI designer to join our Digital Design CoE (Centre of Excellence), focusing on digital platforms for process excellence, employee experience and productivity, doctor engagement, and patient engagement. The role involves collaborating with designers, understanding context, and working closely with stakeholders and business teams to drive the UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) journey for optimal user experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for working on digital platforms for process excellence, employee experience and productivity, doctor engagement and patient engagement.
• Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders and business teams to understand context through research and interviews to understand business requirements and paint points.
• You will work with the designers in the team to enable and empower them to go through the UX and UI journey.
• You will oversee development of user personas and journey maps, designing of visually appealing and consistent UI, and creating intuitive UX flows.
• You will review and present high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for user testing and feedback.
• You will participate in user acceptance testing of product design, receive feedback and communicate to design team to improve the designs.
• You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of a seamless and intuitive UX.
• You will be expected to stay abreast on the latest design trends and best practices.
Educational qualification: A degree from a design institute (NID, Srishti, ISDI or MIT Pune)
Minimum work experience: 8 to 12 years of UX experience
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in the user experience (UX) design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and testing.
• Hands-on experience and proficiency in designing user interfaces (UI) using tools like Figma.
• Some experience or familiarity with data visualization techniques and designing dashboards would be preferable.
• Coding skills are not required.
• Experience in working with agencies (like Landor, TBWA, Mudra or Fitch) or product companies (like Microsoft, SAP, Sapient Nitro).
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
Behavioral skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and business expectations.
• Great presentation and visual design skills.
