YOUR ROLE
plan, design, and conduct UX research to understand requirements, evaluate concepts, and assess usability
create detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
collaborate with UX designers, visual designers, product managers, software engineers, and other team members to define design deliverables
identify opportunities for improvement and find creative solutions for the product
run workshops to gather insights and feedback
clearly communicate design choices and directions to various stakeholders
advocate for the user’s needs within the organization
take a user-centered design approach in all projects
If You Are a Person Who Gained
+3 or more years of UX design experience, portfolio that shows equivalent project experience
strong skillset in Figma
basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (no need to code)
can showcase both complex and simple design projects where this is applied
strong and diverse portfolio to prove you know what you’re doing both in terms of UX & UI design
high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to consistently check the quality of work and deliverables
solid written and spoken English
a demonstrable ability to grasp complex business topics and simplify
visual and analytical skills – understand design from many perspectives
familiarity with CMS, DXP and web application software
