The role will involve ensuring that an existing AWS cloud infrastructure is configured and managed in such a way as to be fully SOC2 compliant. This will involve configuring various existing resources within the infrastructure so they meet SOC2 standards, and ensuring that procedures are established to maintain this state of affairs.
We currently use Vanta.com as our compliance platform - previous experience of using Vanta.com to monitor AWS infrastructures is highly desirable.
The role is fully remote and very flexible - you can work when you want, where you want. We are open to any proposal regarding working hours and on-going support. We anticipate that there will be an initial project where everything is configured and established, followed by a part-time support position to maintain SOC2 compliance.
The role is very technical - applicants should know how to administer Windows and Linux servers. The successful candidate will probably have good knowledge of AWS Guard Duty, AWS Inspector, AWS networking and other AWS resources that relate to SOC2.
