Senior Test Manager / Test Lead (Finance Transformation & Cloud ERP)

A global organisation are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Test Lead to lead the testing strategy and delivery across large-scale finance transformation programmes within a cloud-based environment.

This position is ideal for a delivery-focused testing professional with a strong background in finance systems, ERP transformation, cloud technologies, and end-to-end test management.

This will be an initial contract until the end of the year with the opportunity for extensions.

This position will be worked 100% remotely with the occasional visit to the client's head office in London, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing across finance transformation programmes.
• Define and deliver test strategies, plans, and execution.
• Manage SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and Performance Testing.
• Coordinate testing across Finance, IT, business teams, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee defect management, test reporting, and quality assurance.
• Manage testing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Support successful ERP and cloud transformation deliveries.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven Test Manager or Test Lead experience on Finance Transformation programmes.
• Experience testing ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of finance systems and business processes.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and finance operations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience managing testing across complex enterprise transformation programmes.
