Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Go High Level expert who knows the ins and outs of the platform and can confidently manage email marketing, automation workflows, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and email strategy, and is comfortable setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting workflows inside Go High Level. Bonus points if you have experience designing and launching landing pages within the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage automated workflows in Go High Level, including email sequences, SMS follow-ups, and task automation.
• Build and optimize email marketing campaigns, using segmentation and personalization to drive engagement and conversions.
• Manage client and internal GHL accounts, ensuring campaigns are properly structured and executed on time.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align automation flows with larger campaign strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues within workflows, forms, triggers, or emails.
• (Bonus) Design and launch landing pages within Go High Level that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working inside Go High Level, with a deep understanding of the platform’s features and capabilities.
• Strong background in email marketing strategy, copywriting, and campaign management.
• Experience setting up and maintaining complex automation workflows, including conditional logic and triggers.
• Familiarity with CRM integration, tagging, list segmentation, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• (Bonus) Experience creating and optimizing landing pages within Go High Level.
