Senior Project Manager in EMEA

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex software and digital transformation projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple digital transformation and software development projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Proactively identify and address potential project risks and roadblocks.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in digital transformation, software development, or IT consulting.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
