2. About the Opportunity:

The Product Manager role is responsible for driving product success by managing the entire process from ideation to execution. This position leads the development of features and initiatives that enhance user experience and align with business goals, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions that advance the organization’s mission.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation and execution of features and initiatives to drive user engagement and product outcomes
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business and user goals
• Manage the product life cycle, defining problems, setting KPIs, and monitoring results
• Use data to break down complex challenges into actionable projects
• Analyze analytics and feedback to identify product enhancements
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure product functionality
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Generate product concepts aligned with market trends

• Conduct quality assurance testing for products and features
• Work with cross-functional teams including data science, UX design, and research
• Articulate user needs to ensure alignment and effective solutions
• Coordinate with marketing to integrate new features
• Perform other related duties as assigned

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 4+ years of product management or similar experience
• 4+ years using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports
• Preferred understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Preferred basic knowledge of coding languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range: $130,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and certifications
