We’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team and take ownership of strategy, execution, and growth for key client programs. If you’re someone who thrives on building partnerships, optimizing performance, and spotting opportunities others miss, we want to talk.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end management of affiliate programs across multiple clients and networks (Impact, CJ, Awin, Levanta, Superfiliate, etc.)
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to bring in high-quality partners (content publishers, bloggers, influencers, media buyers, loyalty/cashback, etc.)
- Analyze performance data to optimize partner ROI, commission structures, and funnel contributions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on creative, tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Enforce program compliance (no brand bidding, coupon leakage, etc.) and manage fraud mitigation tools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, agencies, and network reps
- Contribute to broader agency initiatives like playbooks, client pitches, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:
- 4–7+ years of affiliate and influencer/creator marketing experience, including direct management of programs (not just network side)
- Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems, tracking, attribution, and partner types
- Proven ability to grow programs from early stage to scale
- Comfort with affiliate networks, AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), Monday.com, Slack, Excel/Google Sheets, affiliate reporting tools, project management tools, and performance data
- Excellent communicator who’s confident in client facing roles
- Detail oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast paced, remote team environment
