About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Advertising Designer. This role involves designing high-performance online campaign ads alongside email marketing and social media content. You’ll be responsible for designing on-brand visuals that resonate with our audience while ensuring technical accuracy and platform best practices. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams and take ownership of projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-performing static and video Ad Campaigns ensuring engaging visuals.
• Create additional digital assets for email marketing, social media, and other channels.
• Deliver high-quality assets independently, including file organization and understanding of best practices for e-commerce and social media.
• Ensure cohesive brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, acquisition managers, video editors, and designers to develop creative solutions aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects, balancing quality with tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging tools to keep the brand visually relevant and engaging.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital projects (advertising, video-editing, email, social).
• Advanced understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• BA/BFA in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Experienced in Motion Graphics and Animation.
• Good understanding of marketing metrics and performance analysis
• A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to continually learn and grow.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, able to present and explain design concepts clearly and effectively.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude, comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment.
• Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and quick to adapt to new challenges.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge on Email Marketing, Digital Retouching and 3D software.
• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry.
• A network of creative industry contacts for freelance support when needed.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools.
