We are looking for a Python Prompt Engineer to join our team. This role involves integrating and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world applications. You’ll play a crucial part in shaping AI-driven user interactions, ensuring high-quality prompt design, model efficiency, and seamless API integration.
About the Company
Our platform empowers content creators with an AI personal assistant that clones their voice and personality. It provides tools for monetization such as AI-driven chats, paywalls, and pay-to-view videos. We aim to enhance fan engagement through AI-based characters and help creators retain more revenue by reducing reliance on managers.
The platform ensures AI-based moderation for NSFW content and compliance with guidelines. We are gearing up for a beta launch with a full release scheduled for April. The MVP includes creator onboarding, paywalls, and subscription features. Our future plans involve creating fully fictitious AI creators and refining payment systems.

Requirements
✅ 5+ years of experience in Python development with hands-on exposure to integrating prompt engineering into AI workflows.
✅ Experience with Llama and its integration into AI workflows.
✅ Expertise in optimizing prompts for LLMs in live production environments.
✅ Proficiency in building and refining APIs for AI models in user interactions.
✅ Knowledge of AI-powered platforms and delivering value through prompt design.
✅ Understanding of context window size, context summary, and training prompts.
✅ Strong Python skills demonstrated in production-grade AI solutions.
✅ Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, video) and recommendation systems.
✅ Proven ability to optimize and deploy AI models at scale.
✅ Familiarity with prompting, soft prompting, and fine-tuning LLMs.
