We are looking for a
Tech Lead (Unity) to join out team in Cyprus!
Responsibilities
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Developing logic and game mechanics based on design documents / technical specifications;
- Building UI, inserting game assets;
- Integrating and configuring SDKs (analytics, advertising).
Qualifications for a successful candidate
- Has 3+ years of experience years in leadership positions;
- Has solid knowledge of C# and Unity;
- Knows and applies a set of design patterns;
- Can form the project's architecture and ensure its further support;
- Uses the MVC approach in project architecture;
- Knows and applies sorting algorithms;
- Knows and applies UnityDI technologies;
- Works with AssetBundle or Addressable systems.
Nice to have skills
- Experience with shaders, writing custom ones;
- Uses the MVC approach in project architecture;
- Experience working on hybrid/hyper casual games.
