Experienced Frontend Developer (Elementor + WordPress)

We’re looking for a skilled front-end developer to join our global creative team at Flocksy. You’ll work closely with designers, writers, and project managers to build high-performing websites that are fast, responsive, and easy to manage.

This role is focused on WordPress development, with an emphasis on building and customizing sites using Elementor. You’ll be working within a well-maintained website, creating new pages and updating existing ones based on client needs. You should have a strong eye for design implementation, clean code practices, and the ability to translate creative ideas into functional, polished websites. You should be experienced with optimizing and troubleshooting issues with WordPress. You should also be comfortable using AI tools to improve your workflow, boost efficiency, and stay ahead of modern development practices. If you're detail-oriented, confident working independently, and experienced with Elementor and WordPress, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Create new pages and update existing content within a well-maintained WordPress site using Elementor, following established design and development standards
• Translate Figma or Adobe XD designs into fully functional front-end pages
• Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure visual and content accuracy
• Optimize website for performance, speed, and SEO best practices
• Troubleshoot issues with WordPress and layout or front-end issues and provide quick, effective solutions
• Keep up with the latest WordPress, Elementor, and front-end development trends

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of front-end development experience with a strong portfolio of WordPress work
• Expert-level proficiency in Elementor and WordPress site building
• Experience turning design files (Figma, XD, etc.) into pixel-perfect front-end pages using Elementor
• Comfortable working with custom post types, plugins, and theme customizations
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and responsive design principles
• Experience integrating AI tools into your development workflow to enhance speed, consistency, or automation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a remote creative team
• Access to a reliable computer with a working web camera and a high-speed internet connection
• Eagerness to stay current with evolving front-end tools, WordPress trends, and AI-driven technologies
