What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Americas region, aligning it with overall business goals and corporate IT strategies.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, including managers, engineers, and support staff, ensuring high performance and employee development.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of server systems, networks, data centers, clouds, and securities for IT and Operational Technology (OT).
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in similar IT leadership roles. Experience in global environment highly preferred.
- Stable work history.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.
- High level knowledge in modern IT technology and technology transformation experiences.
- Extensive experience leading global transformation and migration projects.
- Extensive working knowledge of cloud and storage management.
- Extensive experience leading global teams, projects and metrics, organization structure, team development, management encouragement, financial/business acumen, business care building.
- Extensive experience leading global transformation and migration projects
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with modern machine learning, generative AI, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Experience with VM Ware, Hypervisor, Zscaler, Net App, or ZPA ZIA
