IT Manager | Startup in Abu Dhabi - Relocate to the UAE
Location: Abu Dhabi, on-site
Salary: 28,000 AED to 38,000 AED (Negotiable, experience depending)
Our client is a rapidly growing startup at the forefront of IT Security innovation through their SaaS product suite. They are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and mentor the IT support team, driving process improvements, automation, and ensuring compliance with security standards. In this role, you will focus on optimising operational costs, monitor SLAs, and maintaining a lean, efficient structure while fostering continuous improvement. This role is suitable for someone currently working as an IT Manager, Team Lead or Support Desk manager looking for the next step in their career.
Technical Experience:
- Must have IT Leadership experience, team lead or manager
- Experienced with L1/L2 IT Support
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory
- Solid knowledge of Hardware and Networking.
- Proficient in MDM Tools
- Experience with EPAM, Jira, and Git
- Experience with Scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or similar
- Familiarity with IS compliance standards and Cyber security - beneficial not essential
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA, or similar) - beneficial not essentail
