We are looking for someone with good troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, hands-on experience in desktop support, and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Own & Drive

· Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access-related issues.

· Own ticket resolution from intake to closure, ensuring timely updates, proper documentation, and strong user communication.

· Support laptop, desktop, printer, peripheral, and mobile device setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

· Manage user onboarding and offboarding activities, including system provisioning, account setup, access control, and asset allocation.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 6–12 months, you will:

· Build a strong understanding of the company’s IT environment, support processes, tools, security policies, and escalation workflows.

· Independently handle common L1/L2 support requests across devices, applications, network connectivity, and user access.

· Improve ticket response and resolution quality through consistent documentation, follow-ups, and user-focused communication.

· Support employee onboarding and offboarding smoothly by ensuring timely device readiness, account creation, and access management.

· Help maintain accurate IT asset inventory and contribute to better tracking of laptops, peripherals, licenses, and assigned equipment.

· Identify recurring IT issues and suggest process improvements, knowledge base articles, or automation opportunities.

· Contribute to a stable, secure, and reliable IT support experience for employees across office and remote work setups.

· Strong troubleshooting skills across laptops, desktops, operating systems, printers, peripherals, and common business applications.

· Hands-on experience with Windows and/or macOS setup, configuration, patching, and issue resolution.

· Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and connectivity troubleshooting.

· Experience with user account management, access provisioning, password resets, and tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365.

· Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, SLA tracking, incident management, and proper documentation practices.

· Knowledge of endpoint security basics, antivirus tools, disk encryption, device compliance, and secure access practices.
